A calisthenics athlete and coach with 10+ years of training, specializing in control, aesthetics, and elite performance.

Christian has spent over a decade mastering bodyweight strength — muscle-ups, handstands, front levers, and the control behind them. But his focus isn't the party tricks. It's building people who move well, look strong, and stay healthy for the long run.

He's also the founder of JaxBars, Jacksonville's free outdoor calisthenics community — proof he doesn't just coach the work, he's built a culture around it.
